Come participate in “Rethink Your Drink Day” May 16 – a California Department of Public Health Statewide Day of Action. Learn the importance of replacing sugary beverages with unsweetened options or water. Try a DIY infused water bar, win prizes for guessing how much sugar, and ride the smoothie bike! Join Humboldt County DHHS-Healthy Communities, St. Joseph Health, Changing Tides Family Services and Grocery Outlet. Wednesday, May 16 from 11 -2pm at the Eureka Grocery Outlet.
