River Kayaking
This beginner’s class will broaden your horizons to the amazing world of river kayaking! The focus will be on boating safety, introduction to equipment, proper technique, paddling strokes, boat control, and how to read whitewater. Students will start out, at the Arcata Community Pool to learn boating basics and practice the wet exit before getting on the river. Register by Tuesday before the event.
