Westhaven Center for Art’s first show of 2024 is Third Friday Jazz, on January 19th at 7:00 p.m. Music will be flying at Trinidad Town Hall as RLAD jazz quartet and featured artist Rob Diggins (synth-violin) present their program J.G. “Jes Grew” Bach and Jazz Fusion. Learn a little background about tunes of Chick Corea, John Coltrane, Michael Brecker, Joe Henderson, Fred Hersch, J.G. “Jes Grew” Bach, Angela Bofill, Steve Erquiaga, Joe Sample, Jay Beckenstein, Freddie Hubbard, Don Grolnick and Rob Diggins, while groovin’ to this uncommon and amazing music! RLAD: Tim Randles, Kenneth Lawrence, Mike LaBolle, and Doug Marcum.
