Scotia Lodge 1919 Fire Excavation and Artifacts
Come spend an evening at Scotia Lodge with Nick Angeloff, of the Humboldt Historical Society. Nick is an archeology professor at Cal Poly Humboldt and will be talking about an excavation he took part in behind the current Lodge. This dig uncovered remnants of the original Inn that was destroyed by a fire in 1919. He will also be showing some artifacts from the dig.
It’s free to attend and all ages are welcome.
