Sea Level Rise Walk

Freshwater Farms Reserve

Join us for a winter walk at Freshwater Farms Reserve while we talk about the impact of sea level rise on coastal communities in our region! Led by Northcoast Regional Land Trust (NRLT) Advisor Aldaron Laird, this event will discuss the changing tides along our coastline and how properties like Freshwater Farms Reserve will be effected.

We will be walking along the Nature Trail, so please bring waterproof boots and warm layers. Coffee, tea, and bagels will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!

Event Schedule (subject to change):

9:30am – Arrive at the Freshwater Farms Reserve barn, time to enjoy coffee and snacks and meet fellow community members.

10:00am – Walk along the Nature Trail begins.

10:45am – High tide at Freshwater Farms Reserve!

12:00pm – End of event.
