Self Defense Class & Narcan Training
Redwood Raks World Dance Studio
In honor of Women’s History Month, join us for an action packed self-defense class with Carrie Slack. This class will be catered towards the needs of the BIPOC and Queer community, featuring somatic exercises led by @t0xictreat
(200-hr ytt) to empower and educate! Narcan Training provided separately via Humboldt Area Center for Harm Reduction (portion of proceeds donated to HACHR).
Sunday, March 30th 11:30am - 3:00pm. Redwood Raks in the Jade room.
Self defense Sign-in at 11:30am and class from 12pm-2pm. Narcan training sign-in at 2pm and class from 2:30pm-3pm
