Self-Defense for Seniors
Self-Defense for Seniors class is designed to combine traditional martial arts movements with gentle warm- ups and stretches. Movements focus on improving balance, health, and focus. In keeping with the long tradition of martial arts, we begin and end each class with a brief meditation and learn through observation and repetition. No sparring, no competition. No prior experience required. Wear loose clothing and come as you are.
