This workshop is for the 62% of North Coast business owners who said that they are definitely or possibly going to convert to employee ownership when they retire. Join employee ownership conversion expert Allison Lingane, MBA, for a deeper dive workshop on how to (possibly) sell your business to your employees. Allison is co-founder of Project Equity, and works with business owners and cities across the country to facilitate these processes. This is your chance to meet Allison in person and get your critical questions about employee ownership conversion answered. She will also talk about a recently-launched $4 million loan fund to support conversion projects. NOTE: Private, one-to-one, no-cost Consulting Sessions are being offered before this workshop or the following afternoon.
