Tuesday Nov. 18 8:30-5pm The fee is $175 This comprehensive one-day workshop assists restaurants and other food handling businesses in complying with AB 1978/Campbell. Fees include textbook, food safety and sanitation instruction, demonstrations and certification examination fee. Register with adequate time to read the textbook before attending class.
