Sexland is a sexual health event that focuses on exposure to new ways of thinking about sex and sexuality while validating sexual experience and diversity through a lens of enthusiastic consent. Sexland is a sex positive, body positive space that aims to be free of guilt shame and fear. This year, our event will focus on a lens of decolonization: Deconstructing the socially constructed ideas of what our sex and sexuality should look like and creating a space to explore our own desires.

This year’s keynote is Podcaster Sex Nerd Sandra. Sandra is known the world over for her podcast, “Sex Nerd Sandra.” At once irreverent and educational, the show has earned a top spot on iTunes. Its loyal listenership (over 9 million downloads) is vocal about Sandra’s impact, describing her as “inspiring” with “contagious enthusiasm” and an “awesome nerd-like ability that [she’s] not afraid to show.” Her weekly podcast has run since 2011 under the Nerdist Industries banner with no end in sight.
