“Sgt. Papers is one of the bands that represents the incredible new rock scene that exists in our country…Their music is energetic, fun and demonstrates the strength of rock made in Mexico.” Hailing from the Sonoran Desert, SGT. PAPERS immediately put their stamp on the Mexican rock scene with the release of their debut album, “Sgt. Papers Lonely Psych Punk Band,” which was followed by 2019’s “Me Hiciste Brujería.” Last year the psych/garage band released “SGTP,” their first album for American/Mexican record label Devil In The Woods. Plus Tucson’s ANCHORBABY, taking a break from their tour with BUILT TO SPILL. Deliciously described as “a tropicalia Zombies performing the soundtrack for some early 70s giallo” (yes, please!).
