Silent Meditation Retreat

Join us for a one day silent meditation retreat under the redwood canopy, Sunday, June 9th from 10am- 5pm.

All are welcome. Please reach out if paying the retreat fee is a hardship. Scholarships available.

This retreat is for new meditators, as well as experienced meditators.

Let’s come together and generate some peace for ourselves, our community and the world.

The retreat will include a brief talk on meditation technique, walking meditation, sitting meditation and solo nature meditation. A delicious and nutritious vegetarian lunch will be served.

Hope you will join us for a day of silence and stillness.
