Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga is a slower pace class, mindfully moving and breathing while holding poses longer. You will explore your edge, yet still feel relaxed and renewed. Slow flow allows a person to become familiar with his or her body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward.This class is a perfect end of the week practice to gather your energy and stretch the body in preparation for a refreshing weekend.
