It’s that time of year- Eel River Brewing Company is commemorating the start of prohibition with their annual Speakeasy Night. On Friday, January 16, 2015, the Eel River Brewing Company pub do Capone proud by transforming into a swanky 1920’s establishment. Have your dinner served by a flapper and your beer poured by a dapper- the whole staffed will be dressed to the nines. Walk up to blacked out windows and greet the doorman. Provide him with special passwords for discounts and access to a secret menu. Once you’re through the door, you will notice the lights are dimmed, the decor is ritzy, and the music is jazz. This is, after all, the roaring twenties. In addition to the regular menu, there will be themed dinner specials and the infamous Mug Shot Photo Booth. There is no cover, no age limit, and no baloney (as they say). Speakeasy Night starts at 5pm and runs until 10pm. Whether you’re a doll or a dapper, come on down. It will be the bee’s knees!
