Splendid Spring May Day Festival
Arcata Main Street partners with Coastal Grove Charter School PTO with the help of Arcata’s Outdoor Events Grant to present this special event as a special day at the Arcata Plaza to celebrate spring, children, families, and whimsical fun. Hosted by Shoshanna! Includes an art market of local makers, school fundraising food booths, family fun, a Healing Arts Fair with InfuZions, a community Maypole Dance at 11am, a Butterfly Parade in honor of Jenn Mariposa Garcia at 12pm, live music by Good Company, performance opportunities for youth groups, gifts for Mother’s Day and more! Dressing up is highly encouraged.
