Get a great workout while having fun! Join the growing world of Stand up paddling – it’s easy and adventurous! Designed to acquaint you with the sport of stand up paddle boarding in a calm, enjoyable, flat water setting. Instructors cover equipment, board handling, proper body mechanics, paddle strokes, maneuvering and water safety. Program Fee Includes: 2 Hour Session, instruction and gear
