On June 22, from 5;30 to 7:00 PM , join us for Summer Solstice Yoga with B Sweeney at the Humboldt Coastal Nature Center (220 Stamps Ln. Arcata, CA 95521) As the earth softens and the light lingers, take a moment to honor the quiet shift of the seasons. Join us for a restorative evening Yoga practice, where we’ll gently flow, breathe, and meditate, embracing the balance between light and dark, stillness and movement.
