As part of the Sustainable Futures Speaker Series, Dr. Robert Gottlieb will present “From Resistance to Transformation: 50 Years of Environmental & Social Justice Action Research.” Robert Gottlieb is the founder and former director of the Urban & Environmental Policy Institute and an emeritus professor at Occidental College. A longtime environmental and social justice activist, he has researched and participated in social movements for more than 50 years. The presentation will take place Thursday, September 6, at 5:30 p.m. in Siemens Hall 108 on the HSU campus.
