Tai Chi/Chi Gong 90 minute class every Wednesday at 4 pm at the north end of Moonstone Beach. Informal, casual, easy, slow, gentle, flowing movements. Reduce tension and stress. Generate the “good feeling”. Wake up the Healer Within. No experience necessary.
