Taste of Spring: A Triple Crown Event!

Rotary Club of Arcata Sunrise invites you to Taste of Spring: A Triple Crown Event! This years’ fundraiser is Derby Day themed and will be happening at the Arcata Community Center on Friday, May 3rd. We invite you to sport your Derby Day hats and attire as we’ll be featuring over 30 local vendors serving specialty foods, beverages and spirits for your sampling pleasure. In addition, we’ll be raffling off our Triple Crown Prizes which will include 1.) Preakness - Wine-pull featuring over 70 bottles of wine; 2.) Belmont - $2,000 Cash Prize; and 3.) Kentucky Derby - Trip for 4 to Mexico. And of course there will be a Derby Day hat contest with winners announced at 7:30 pm. Raffle Winners to be announced at 8pm. Gates open at 5pm on Friday, May 3rd! Tickets to the event are $30 each and include a wine/beer/spirit tasting ticket. Triple Crown Raffle tickets are available leading up to and at the event for $10 each. However, raffle tickets will be 12 for $100 if purchased before the gates open!! You do not have to be present to win…what a deal! Tickets are available from every Arcata Sunrise Rotarian, the Sunrise website: http://arcatasunrise.org/tos and at the door of the event.
