Tellabration: A Celebration of Storytelling

The Sanctuary

Tellabration is a celebration of storytelling which is hosted locally by the Mad River Raconteur Paul Woodland and his colleague Carpathian, the master of the macabre. The theme for this year’s Tellabration is “Strange Things Done” featuring Tall Tales and Urban Legends that Paul has collected like precious stones over the last twenty years. You will hear gems like The Vanishing Hitchhiker, The Hook, Tailybone and a delightful rendition of Robert W. Service’s “The Cremation of Sam McGee.” The evening will include the evocative songs of local musician and songstress Lisa Sharry. Tellabration is a family friendly event for people 5 and upward.
