The ABC Kente Donning Ceremony

Arcata Plaza

On Saturday May 20th at 2:30 pm at the Arcata Plaza, HC Black Music and Arts Association will host the 4th African Black Caribbean Kente Donning Ceremony. Each year, high school learners participate in this cultural celebration with the African and Black Ubuntu community. In honor of African heritage, the seniors are presented with a handmade clothe from Africa that represents cultural pride, Black excellence and work integrity. This year’s ABC’s graduates include;
