The Chrysalis: A Gong-Led Sound Immersion
How you are, in this moment, is already enough.
I offer a space to step out of mental noise and into direct experience through sound.
A moment where the mind’s constant comparing, analyzing, and replaying begins to quiet, and the body is given space to settle and return to its natural rhythm.
As the nervous system regulates, there is an opportunity to drop fully into the present without projecting, interpreting, or expecting what has been experienced in the past.
In this space, something simple reveals itself.
That how you are, right now, is already enough.
Nothing to fix.
Nothing to become.
Nothing to reach for.
Just presence.
From here, the system begins to reorganize around what is actually here.
This opens a different way of relating to life. The practice of meeting each moment directly as it is.
As you notice the mind comparing and pulling from the past, those patterns loosen, and presence deepens.
A more grounded way of being in your relationships, your decisions, and your daily life, rooted in what is here, rather than reaction.
Supporting instruments such as crystal bowls, shruti box, drumming, chimes, and the medicine of silence flow together to create gentle arcs. At times, intentional scents such as Palo Santo, cedar, frankincense, or copal may be present to anchor you more fully. If you have sensitivities to scent, feel free to reach out beforehand so I can support your experience.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in so we can begin at 6:30 PM.
There are eight aerial silk hammocks available on a first come first served basis. Bring anything you need to be comfortable, a mat, blanket, water, pillow, or bolster.
