For 13 years, A Reason to Listen has hosted: The Humboldt Poetry Show. The open mic sign ups start at 7pm, the show starts at 7:30pm. Live music by: DJ Goldylocks. Live Art by: Dre Meza from The Lullaby Lounge. This month’s special feature is: ​A Reason to Listen is a grass-roots, Humboldt grown poetry collective. They host the wildly popular, Humboldt poetry show. a reason to listen consists of: Vanessa Vrtiak, Therese FitzMaurice, Jeremiah Anderson, and Anne Fricke. Together, have a magnetic and magical presence on stage and off. they are eager to share their latest group pieces!
