The Northern California Association of Nonprofits invites the public to April’s Fundamentals of Nonprofit Strategic Planning with Dr. Ursula Bischoff

This event, which is geared toward a strategic planning process that can help your nonprofit assess current and past operations, create a vision for the future, and determine the actions needed to achieve that vision.
This interactive workshop is designed for both those launching a strategic planning process for the first time and experienced planners. Participants will learn to engage leaders within their organization and critical partners, utilizing data to develop specific goals, objectives, actions, and measurable outcomes. We will explore the significance of strategic thinking and the foundational elements of the planning process.
Additionally, the workshop will consider how participatory methods in organizational planning can foster ownership and commitment, resulting in a plan that is actively followed rather than left on a shelf.
You’ll leave with practical information and tools to help you and your team craft an actionable strategic plan.
