In this absurdist autobiographically-inspired comedy, a painfully unfunny aspiring clown (Vera Drew as Joker the Harlequin) grapples with her gender identity while forming an illegal comedy troupe that puts her on a collision course with the fascist Caped Crusader controlling the city.
