The Yurok Tribe’s 55th Annual Klamath Salmon Festival

Yurok Tribe

The Yurok Tribe puts on the annual Salmon Festival to provide an opportunity for the whole community to come together and celebrate the bounty of the Klamath River. The family-focused event is free and open to all. The festive event, which has grown in each year, typically draws upwards of 3,500 people. This Festival features live music, games for kids and more than a 100 vendors selling high quality gifts and treats. The festival features a Classic Car Show, parade and cultural demonstrations. The Traditional Stick Game and Card Game Tournaments will be going on throughout the day. The main festival parking lot is off of Exit 769, the Terwer Valley exit, on Old Mill Road.
