Total Body Fit
Recreation and Wellness Center, HSU Campus
March 21 - April 28 • Mondays & Wednesdays • This fitness program combines low-impact cardio and strength exercise. One day each week incorporates circuit training, moving through a series of drills and stations while being coached on proper form. The other day combines equipment and body weight exercises. This 30-minute total body workout will put a fun twist on strength training.
