Trinidad Tai Chi Made EZ for Beginners

Trinidad Tai Chi is hosting a class Tai Chi Made EZ for Beginners, tomorrow, Sunday, March 26th at 4:30 to 6 pm. This is gentle, slow, soft, easy movement modifiable to the individual’s comfort and fitness. All are welcome. No experience is needed. This is a judgement-free zone. Wear soft, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water and a willingness to relax. We will do some acupressure tapping, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation.
