Twerk Class

Redwood Raks World Dance Studio

These are beginner-friendly classes where we do some light conditioning and mobility exercises to start the class and then learn basic twerk and floor work movements. Expect something fun each session like a choreographed combo, movement prompt or freestyle circle. This is a supportive environment for you to ground down, balance your root chakra, release stress and celebrate what Black culture has brought to us! Bring a friend and the class is $5 off for each of you.

Where? Redwood Raks Arcata inside the Bella Room

What to bring? Comfortable shoes, loose fitting clothing, water, yoga mat (optional)
