If you’ve been wanting to learn twerk skills in a fun and supportive environment instead of by yourself at home, now’s your chance! We’ll stretch, sweat and shake out all our stress while connecting our mind to our muscles. Come through and bring a friend!

Time: Tuesday 8/4 @ 7:15pm-8:30pm
Location: Redwood Raks in Arcata

Price: $10 in advance | $20 drop in
Payment: Cash Preferred, Cashapp & Zelle available. If you register in advance you can pay cash at the class.

Bring water and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing! Sneakers or barefoot is fine.
Optional to bring: yoga mat, sweat towel, kneepads, thigh high socks.
