Undergraduate History Conference and keynote address
The Cal Poly Humboldt Department of History invites you to its annual Undergraduate History Conference! In his keynote address “Dam, Go Away!” environmental historian Dr. Jeff Crane will discuss the political strategies and impacts of dam removals drawn from the Elwha and Glines Canyon dams in Washington and Edwards Dam in Maine (April 25, 5-7pm, Founders Hall 025). Dr. Crane is author of Finding the River: An Environmental History of the Elwha. On April 26, students will present their research projects in Gist Hall 218 from 8:30am-4:45pm.
