Join the Northcoast Environmental Center and Arts & Drafts for an exciting animal mask upcycling workshop on Friday, August 16th from 6 - 9 PM. This month we are promoting the NEC’s All Species Parade. We will be making animal masks so you can come prepared for the parade on September 21st! We will also be creating a paper mache creature of a local endangered species. Make sure to visit Arts & Drafts this month to vote for your favorite animal! We will have mask making materials available from SCRAP Humboldt and Arts & Drafts. But if you have your own mask making materials please bring them! The Northcoast Environmental Center has hosted the All Species Parade since 1979. The theme this year is SOLIDARITY.
