Uproot and Gather to Restore Little River
Celebrate and serve this César Chávez Day with the Watershed Stewards Program and California State Parks. Improve estuary habitat for salmon and trout by removing non-native and invasive vegetation. Meet at the Little River State Beach gravel parking lot where we’ll walk a half-mile to the estuary. Please bring a water bottle, sun protection, and closed-toed shoes. Food, drinks, and gloves will be provided. Volunteers will receive one free day use pass to Patrick’s Point State Park. Contact Deja with any questions at dmalonepersha@blm.gov
