Veterans Day Observance and Program

The Rotary Club of Southwest Eureka will present its annual Veterans Day program on Wednesday, November 11 at the Adorni Center in Eureka. The featured speaker for this year’s observance, which honors veterans of all branches of the United States armed forces, will be retired Captain Arthur Snyder, United States Coast Guard, Commander of the Humboldt Bay sector. Also participating in this year’s program: Eureka High School Jazz Ensemble and Limited Edition; Humboldt Harmonaires; members of the NSDAR who will provide refreshments after the program; and representatives of the NNDCC who will present the colors. The Adorni Center is located at 1011 Waterfront Drive in Eureka. The program begins at 11AM and is free.   For further information, call 443-4682 or go to swrotary.org.
