Volunteer Orientation
At Food for People, we envision a community where no one is hungry, and everyone in Humboldt County has access to good quality, nutritious food. That vision can only become a reality with the help of volunteers. We provide a variety of volunteer opportunities such as packing/sorting food in the warehouse, working directly with clients, gleaning/collecting local donations, and cooking lunches for our volunteers. Volunteer orientations are held every Monday (except for Holidays) at 2:30pm at our Eureka food pantry.
