Why We Dance offers an intimate look at a web-based dance class born of the Covid pandemic that brings together a diverse group of women as they confront body image, seek community, become grandmothers, and keep dancing. Why We Dance combats the invisibility many women feel as they age. Promoting self-confidence through active, inclusive, and expressive living.
