Winter Solstice Sunset Yoga

Celebrate the changing of seasons and connect with the healing power of nature! Bring your yoga practice to the dunes as we move our bodies and connect with our breath at the Humboldt Coastal Nature for a sunset asana. This yoga class will be perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. We will be covering the fundamentals of a sun salutation and establishing a strong foundation for your practice.
