Mirroring is a healing communication practice. It helps us understand patterns of reactivity and get below the surface towards repair. It creates better energy and helps us be mindful about our relationships, especially the one with ourselves. This workshop will be a fun, fascinating exploration of mirroring in a way that will bring you a great experience on a Sunday afternoon. Happens this week, the 19th at Loving Hands Institute in sunny brae. Just down a few yards from the hardware store, across the street from sunny brae murphys. 12-2pm 20-40$ sliding scale.
