Join us for a Nashville style in the round Songwriter Showcase hosted by local singer-songwriter Ruby Ruth George featuring Polimana, James Zeller, and Fo Fera! Hear stories and songs featuring a few of Humboldt’s finest songwriters, some you may know already, and some you’ll be sure to become a new fan of!

Ruby Ruth George:
Ruby is an Americana Singer-Songwriter who weaves their experiences navigating life as a disabled person creating songs of hope, resilience, and joy. Believing and experiencing how music can heal, they often invite the audience to join in song, creating an impromptu choir making joyful noise at every show!

Fo Fera:
Easy listening multilingual storyteller offering an unapologetically authentic expression of life’s trials and tribulations through song. Following her muse and combatting a fear of success, expressing core wounds and offering her audience catharsis, healing, and food for thought through introspection. Revered by local artists for the raw ability to share poetry in a palpable way, by taking the road less traveled to eminence.

Polimana:
Polimana is a strange soup-loving cryptic progfolk pumpkineater with a knack for hitting the tooth right on the sore spot.

James Zeller:
In the music profession James has been a trombonist, orchestrater/arranger, bandleader, singer/songwriter, teacher and more. He crooned the American Songbook, sung cowboy songs, folk songs, in short , he owns many hats.
