Yoga at the Student Recreation Center
March 19 - April 18. This class is designed to build warmth, mobilize joints, get energy flowing through stretching and connective tissues, releasing the hips, hamstrings, shoulders and back. Relax while building strength and flexibility. Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7 pm. Location: Recreation & Wellness Center, Room 125 on Humboldt State University campus.
