Yoga Basics
In this class we investigate the basics of the Hatha Yoga practice. By exploring basic postures focusing on proper alignment, breath, and presence we cultivate flexibility, strength, and ease in our being. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a slower more accessible practice. Class concludes with a ~20min deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice. Welcoming, Enlivening, Cleansing.

This class takes place in the upstairs gym which has padded floors. To find the space enter through the Todd Room Door. This is the second door furthest uphill on the West side of the church (G street). Upon entering immediately on the left is another door leading to a flight of stairs. Go up the stairs and the gym will be on your left.
