Yoga class for people living with MS
Enjoy a class specifically for people living with MS. All ability levels are welcome. Yoga can reduce stress and increase balance, coordination and well being using breathing techniques and relaxation exercises. This is an 8 week session. May 16- July 11 (no class July 4)
