Join the Eureka Woman’s Club as they offer a Dinner and Dance featuring the dynamic Young & Lovely along with Wendy Chan and Team creating a captivating Asian dinner consisting of Char Siu Chicken, Ginger and Scallion Low Mein Noodles, Seasonal Stir-Fry Vegetables, and Asian Salad. Appetizers will include Crispy Shrimp Rolls, Baked Mini Pork Buns, and Vegetarian Sushi Rolls. Wendy will be making her delicious Fresh Berry Cake Roll with Mascarpone Cream for dessert.
