The sapsuckers are four species of North American woodpeckers in the genus Sphyrapicus.

Species: Sphyrapicus varius (Yellow-bellied sapsucker)

Species: Sphyrapicus ruber (Red-breasted sapsucker)

Hybrid: Sphyrapicus ruber × nuchalis (Red-breasted × red-naped sapsucker)
