KSLG Talks To: Old Town Stewards

September is Volunteer Month in Eureka!

Hannah Ozanian, Uplift Eureka’s Social Services Coordinator, stopped by the KSLG studio last Friday along with Kimberly Keisling, one Eureka’s dedicated Old Town Community Stewards, to chat with Dale about all of the amazing services the Steward program provides. From picking up litter and helping tourists find their way to connecting with our local unhoused community, hear about all the different ways the Old Town Community Stewards are going above and beyond to create a better Eureka. They also chat about some other upcoming work days that you can attend if you’re looking to get involved!
