Shortly upon launching the Valentine’s Day Promotion for KHUM this year, Toby in the Morning was contacted by local artist Tobias who wanted to do something very special for each participant, so we had him on the show to talk about it.

Tobias is a local artist and musician who makes amazing rings out of bass guitar strings and glass beads.

He heard about Song Birds, which is our Valentine’s Day promotion where Toby is collecting the songs that you have chosen to represent your love. He will then take this information and compile a Lovers Playlist to put on his Friday February 13th show. Three random participants will be selected to receive $100 at Venicia Restaurant, $50 at Stu’s Brews or $40 at the Garden Center, but that just wasn’t enough for Tobias.

He came in to offer a whole tray of his hand crafted jewelry to offer to every single person that participates!
