Meet Cameron Lavi-Jones

Founder and frontman of King Youngblood, hailed by Alternative Press as “Seattle’s Alt Rock Princes”, Cameron Lavi-Jones, joins KHUM DJ Jordan for a conversation about what it takes to be a multifaceted artist in 2026. Cameron is also a founder of Black & Loud Fest “giving the talented and underrepresented community of alternative Black artists their flowers, and throwing one of the most kick-ass music festivals in the Pacific Northwest”, and Hold Your Crown “a movement through music, social media messaging & peer to peer communication to dismantle the stigma of mental illness for youth.” They dig into the push and pull of being a musician, producer, activist, and community organizer, and how to stay fiercely authentic while wearing all those hats.

King Youngblood is part of New Orleans legends Cyril and Omari Neville’s Soul Junction Tour performing at Humbrews — 8 PM, Thursday, February 19th. Tickets are available at humbrews.com.

Trust us, you don’t want to miss this one. It’s the kind of collaboration that feels less like a tour and more like a family reunion —

So grab a drink, settle in, and get ready to be inspired. See you at Humbrews tonight.
