Our local Humboldt Dockside Market at Madaket Plaza is BACK to provide all the very best of the bounty of the sea for us, and Ashley Vellis and Megan Kenney of North Coast Growers Association, Ashley’s Seafood and Harvest Hub visited Toby in the Morning to discuss the additions this year.

First big change is that the fresh seafood market will be every Saturday this year, and will feature on-site fillet services. You will also be able to expect education on how to best prepare your fish at home, from prep to pan and featured fishers will be on hand to talk about all that is sourced from the sea!

Megan also outlined the in school sampling that Harvest Hub did in an effort to get our local bounty into the belly of our students! Spoiler alert: It went GREAT!
