Changing Tides-Mental Health
Toby and Executive Director of Changing Tides, Kerry Venegas sit down and discuss the last few days of public comment for the jeopardized Head Start Program as well as an update on the Out of the Darkness Walk in Arcata given by the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.
This years walk concentrated on the benefit of suicide prevention in our first responders which led into a deep conversation about mental health in our community, family and children.
